after 10 minutes of leaving them, xin yan reappeared before wu ping and the rest out of nowhere.

"what are you doing here?" despite knowing why the chief and the guards were guarding wu ping, she still asked anyway, wanting to give them a little hard time.

"how long are you going to stay dazed? get up!" seeing wu ping still gawking at the chariot in a daze, xin yan shook her head and called out to her.

with an embarrassed look, the maid boarded the chariot before it started to rise in the air and flew away, forming a streak of light.

chief vel glanced at the young man and shook his head silently in disappointment before turning around to leave with the rest of the guards.
