Chapter 1126 Preperations Are Being Made

The Neverfall Clan was in a state of disarray; it had never been in such a situation at all, because now everyone was aware of the fact that their great leader, Belil, was no longer. A man of great strength for the clan that had been running it for a large number of years.

A large-scale organization was being done by the clans, a mass amount of steel imported from the local areas and large structures being built all for one thing. The Neverfall Clan had decided to use the outside of their base for the location of the funeral.

The Clan base was tricky due to its particular size and how it worked with the floors. Although it was the unique way of training for the clan, even for many in the Demonic Faction, it would be an uncomfortable feeling.

So instead, stages were being set up on the outside. Large structures being built as a type of walkway for the clans. Special areas had to also be built to keep in mind the Demonic Faction leaders that would be present.

The large stages were close to completion, and the final touches were being completed for the entire thing. For example, the ground itself was being shifted out, and in its place, special concrete flooring was being laid out.

It was going to act as a runway until it reached the base. They couldn't have Belil's body go across dirt; it just didn't feel right to them.

A ceremony would start with many gathered at the beginning; after that, the leaders of the Demonic Faction clans from all over the continent would follow the coffin down the pathway. Those holding onto the coffin would be carefully selected.

Most had an idea of who it would be, and perhaps it would only be two of them, Fing and Han. Finally, when they reached the end, Fing and Han would jump down from the Abyssal base and land at the very bottom.

Where a special room had been created for the burial of the significant clan members. The idea was whatever power Belil's body left would go back to the land and increase the strength of those who cultivated within it.

Of course, those taking part, most of them didn't know that there was no energy to be used, as it had all already been taken away.

With the event taking place soon and many of the Demonic Faction leaders coming from afar, a little distance off from where the stages were being set up, temporary housing was being built. Due to who it was housing, it couldn't be too shabby.

"You might be right, I imagine there's some internal conflict from within. It would be interesting to know, though, I imagine if the two boys act, they could best the Dark Magus, so he would be wise to listen to them.

"Even if it is the wish of others around them, them two will not take no for an easy answer, and there will be quite the fight on his hands."

"If Rayna is here after also being outcasted from the Clan, then we might have quite the big event on their hands."

Several words and rumors of the situation were going around. Particularly how Belil had even perished in the first place. A secret plan from the Light Faction, an attack from a secret organization, or punishment from Divine warriors from above for something that had been uncovered.

However, what they didn't know was the particular situation that was unfolding. The Elders at the council table of the clan had called for a meeting. There were ten of them in total, and at the meeting, the two brothers Han and Fing were at the meeting itself.

"This is ridiculous!" Fing shouted. "You can't do this, how can you do this, and why would you do this!"

His whole body and fist were shaking.

"It is the choice that we have decided to make." The elders stated. "We wish to make the Dark Magus, head of the Neverfall Clan."
