Then take a clean container with a large opening at the upper end and a small opening at the lower end. It is best to be glass. If not, a clay pot will work, but it is not easy to observe.

Of course, if there is no clean container with upper and lower openings, it is not a big problem.

Then place a piece of cotton at the mouth of the funnel, and filter the culture solution containing the diluted beef broth through the funnel into a glass jar.

Then pour three times the rapeseed oil of the culture solution into the glass jar/earthen pot and start stirring.

Since penicillin is water-soluble, the water underneath the oil dissolves the penicillin.

Keep stirring until the liquid in the glass jar/earthen pot is divided into three layers.

This is why the container needs to be transparent. If it is not transparent, you cannot see it. You can only rely on experience to judge whether the liquid in the tank has been divided into three layers.

If the container is a container with upper and lower openings, just open the lower opening and take out the water-like object at the bottom.

If the container does not have two openings at the top and bottom, carefully scoop out the two layers of liquid on top, leaving only the watery substance at the bottom.

Then add the pre-made toner until the toner absorbs all the watery liquid in the bottom layer.

Finally, wash the carbon with distilled water, with a little less distilled water, and then inject acidic water, which can be made with vinegar.

Then inject alkaline water, which can be produced by boiling seaweed juice.

The liquid obtained is then filtered through a funnel filled with cotton. The final liquid obtained is penicillin solution!!!

Then drop the penicillin solution into the prepared staphylococcus culture dish, cover it and wait for a few days. If a circle appears around the solution, it means the penicillin extraction was successful!!!
